The first conversation is a practical fit check. Scott wants to understand the current process, the pain points you already recognize, the opportunities that may be less visible, and whether a change is likely to create more value than it costs.

Midnight Sun is a strong fit for owner-led businesses that need custom programming, connected systems, process improvement, complex web applications, or thoughtful computer consulting. Ongoing responsibility for monitoring, maintenance, and improvement is preferred.
Risk must be understood before work begins.
Healthcare work requiring HIPAA compliance is outside our scope. Other regulated, sensitive, or exceptionally high-consequence projects are evaluated individually and may be declined when the risk cannot be controlled responsibly.
